Arthritis and Rheumatic Diseases

Arthritis is a condition in which both inflammatory and degenerative lesions of a joint or joints take place. There are more than hundred different types of arthritis with different causes and treatment methods. Two of the most common types are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Osteoarthritis Knee Joint

Being one of the commonest types of arthritis – Osteoarthritis is a degenerative wear and tear process occurring in knee joint. It is most common in elderly women and men. Osteoarthritis knee joint is typically a progressive disease that may eventually lead to disability. You may have symptoms like stiffness of joint, swelling, pain after prolonged sitting or resting.

Psoriasis Management

Myasthenia Gravis

Myasthenia Gravis is relatively acquired autoimmune neuromuscular disorder that causes weakness in skeletal muscles that worsens after periods of activity and improves after periods of rest. These muscles on the other hand are responsible for functions involving breathing and moving part of the body, including the arms and legs .Symptoms of Mysthania Gravis includes weakness of the eye muscles, drooping of one or both eyelids, blurred vision, difficulty in swallowing, shortness of breath, impaired speech, weakness of arms, hands, fingers, legs and neck.
